Recipe Salmon with honey and mustard
- 2 salmon steaks
- 3 tbsp old fashioned mustard
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 lemon
- olive oil
- 1 pinch Espelette pepper
- salt pepper
Mix mustard and honey together. Add the juice equivalent of half a lemon and mix well.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Then put the salmon fillet, generously salt and pepper. Top with a mixture of mustard, honey and lemon, then sprinkle with a pinch of Espelette pepper.
Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C. Once the salmon fillet is golden brown, sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
