Recipe Tarte tatin with onions

Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg red onion
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 C. olive oil
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 25 g butter
  • thyme
  • 1 shortcrust pastry

Peel the onion and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. Put them in a baking dish, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
