Delicate, fruity and above all very easy to make at home, discover the wonderful Apricot Yoghurt Pie!
In less than 10 minutes, make a very moist and very tasty apricot pie! Everyone can make this recipe at home and we use the apricot season to decorate our plates. You can use other seasonal fruits for even more delicious appetizers. Apricots are also cooked in clafoutis or kramle. You can also use them in a savory version with these little spicy chicken meatballs, they are irresistible!
Recipe Easy Yogurt and Apricot Cake
- 1 jar of plain yogurt
- 3 cans of flour
- 1 can of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 1 package dry yeast
- 3 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 6 fresh apricots
Mix yogurt, flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, baking powder, eggs, and melted butter until you get a smooth, lump-free paste.
Pour everything into a mold, oiled and sprinkled with flour or lined with parchment paper.
Cut the apricots in half, remove the pits and lightly press them into the mold. Distribute them everywhere.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 180°C. Check readiness with a knife blade, it should come out dry.
